After one year of the FL|DC program, the Florida House celebrated with a packed house of attendees

20 selected works from the Florida Virtual School Foundation’s Artful Expressions: A Universe of Possibilities are on exhibit through the fall, celebrating Florida Virtual School and Florida Scholars Academy students.

The Florida House takes immense pride in hosting this incredible evening of unity, leadership, and support for our nation’s first responder families

Each week, students gathered at Florida House for conversations with leaders working at the highest levels of government and public service. Rather than simply hearing about Washington from a textbook or classroom, students had the opportunity to ask questions, share their own experiences, and hear directly from professionals about how they built their careers.

For 2026, our goal is to make this year's event the biggest yet, distributing over 1,500 bottles of orange juice!

Our latest exhibit commemorates 75 years of the American space program and highlights Florida's crucial role in its development and success. This exhibit also features upcoming missions, such as Artemis 2, which aims to send astronauts around the moon!

Florida House was added to this year’s PassportDC- an annual celebration of embassies and international culture in Washington D.C.

We had our biggest National Orange Juice Day celebration yet, and distributing over 1,200 mini bottles in just five hours (that’s nearly 10,000 ounces of Florida orange juice).
