This Thursday (May 22), we hosted an all-day celebration called Embassy Unlocked — our first time participating in PassportDC (the officially recognized Washington D.C. Embassy Tour event presented by EventsDC). Visitors to Florida’s Embassy were served fresh Florida orange juice from Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company, offered delicious Florida-themed snacks and drinks, and played Florida music throughout the day. Visitors also enjoyed a fun photo booth experience, and explored our rotating exhibits, including our new Florida Maps showcase with UF Smathers Libraries. We’re thrilled to finally be part of this month-long Embassy celebration and can’t wait to welcome even more visitors next year!
